The Fencivity platform, including all visual content, source code, system logic, algorithms, interfaces, analysis models, processing methods, and any derivative data or technology created through or within the platform, constitutes the exclusive and protected intellectual property of Fencivity.

Any attempt to:

replicate, extract, reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the system,
use visual or performance data to build a similar service,
observe the platform's behavior for competitive or exploitative purposes,
or mimic its structure, logic, or user interface design,

Legal Enforcement & Jurisdiction

Fencivity applies a zero-tolerance policy toward all forms of intellectual property violation, unauthorized replication, idea theft, algorithmic cloning, or unauthorized third-party integration.

In the event of any suspected breach, we reserve the right to:

                    initiate immediate legal proceedings in any relevant jurisdiction,
claim full financial compensation including but not limited to lost revenue, reputational damage, and developmental costs,
pursue criminal charges under applicable digital crime statutes,
involve cross-border digital investigation teams for IP-based forensic tracing,
blacklist and restrict access to any involved individuals, devices, or organizations.

                

Violators should expect severe legal and financial consequences, without exception.

User Data and Content

Fencivity may collect, process, or analyze content submitted, uploaded, or transmitted by users through the platform.

This may include, but is not limited to:

video footage,
technical or biometric data,
usage behavior,
meta-information related to performance or device input.

While we respect your privacy, by using this platform, you acknowledge that:

                    we may use certain submitted content for internal development, optimization, system training, platform improvement, quality assurance, or other operational objectives;
this may include non-public analysis of the content for benchmarking, technical testing, or comparative analytics;
we are not obligated to disclose the full extent or scope of how such data is processed.

                

We do not sell or externally publish personal data, and we implement technical safeguards to protect user-submitted content — but by using this platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use the data for purposes consistent with the platform's ongoing development.

The Fencivity system is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service at any specific time. All outputs and results are experimental in nature and should not be treated as official performance verdicts.

Users assume full responsibility for how they interpret, act on, or respond to the data presented.

This document is binding. Continued access to or use of the Fencivity platform implies full acceptance of the above terms.

We reserve the right to protect our platform, methods, and innovations to the fullest extent permissible under international law.
